- Call and communication records: call logs, recordings (where applicable), and AI conversation summaries.
- Payment and transaction data processed through our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
- Usage and analytics data collected automatically, including pages visited, time on site, referring source, device/browser type, UTM parameters, IP address, and approximate location.

SMS, Calls & AI Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from AM Automations at the number provided, including communications delivered using automated dialing technology, artificial or prerecorded voice, and AI-assisted systems, for purposes such as responding to your inquiry, scheduling, follow-up, and service updates.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time; reply HELP for help. To opt out of calls, tell us to stop calling or ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list. Calls may be handled or recorded by an AI assistant for quality, training, and scheduling purposes.
We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business:
- GoHighLevel — our CRM and automation platform, for managing contacts, appointments, and communications.
- Retell AI — our AI voice platform, for AI-assisted phone calls and appointment booking.
- Twilio / LeadConnector — our SMS and telephony provider, for text messages and call routing.
- Vercel — our website and API hosting provider.
- Meta Platforms — for conversion tracking via Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), to measure ad performance. Data is shared in hashed form.
- Cloudflare — for bot protection (Turnstile) and CDN services.
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — for website analytics, loaded only after you accept cookies.
We may also disclose information as required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AM Automations, our clients, or others.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our site, analyze traffic, and measure advertising performance. We use the following types:
- Essential cookies: Required to operate the website (e.g., your cookie consent preference). These are always on.
- Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to help us understand how visitors use the site. Loaded only after you accept cookies.
- Advertising cookies: Set by the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our ads and create audiences for advertising. Loaded only after you accept cookies.

Our website is hosted on Vercel with HSTS (HTTP Strict Transport Security) enforced. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and applicable authorities as required by applicable law.
Your Rights and Choices
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any message.
- Opt out of calls by requesting to be added to our do-not-call list.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you additional rights:
- Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
