Do-Not-Call Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This is the written do-not-call policy of AM Automations Unlimited LLC (“AM Automations,” “we,” or “us”), based in Miami, Florida. It explains how we keep our internal do-not-call list: how you can ask us to stop calling or texting you, how we record that request, how quickly it takes effect, and how long we keep it.
It is written to track the do-not-call rule of the Federal Communications Commission, 47 CFR 64.1200(d).
It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle your information more broadly.
Available on request
This page is our do-not-call policy, and it is public at https://www.am-automations.com/do-not-call. If you would like a copy, ask us by email at info@am-automations.com or by phone at (786) 833-6638 and we will send it to you.
Who this policy covers
It covers the calls and text messages AM Automations makes, and any made on our behalf, whether a person places them or one of our AI assistants does. A do-not-call request applies to AM Automations, not only to the particular number, campaign, or assistant you heard from.
How to ask us to stop
You can ask at any time, in your own words, in any reasonable way. You never have to give a reason. The quickest ways are:
- On a call from us: say “stop calling,” “don’t call me,” “take me off your list,” or anything that means the same. You can say it at any point in the call.
- By text: reply STOP to any text message from us.
- In writing: email info@am-automations.com.
How we record your request
We record a request when you make it, on the same customer record our calling and texting systems check before they contact anyone. If you give us your name with the request, we record your name with your number.
- On a call from one of our AI assistants: the assistant records your request during the call, before it hangs up. That one step marks your number do-not-call, turns on do-not-disturb for calls, texts, and email, and records that you do not want AI calls. Right after, it takes your number out of any queue for an automated call and saves a time-stamped note of the request; if either of those fails, a person is alerted to finish it by hand. The assistant tells you that you are on our do-not-call list only when the do-not-call mark, the do-not-disturb settings, and the AI-call preference have all been saved. If any of them did not save, it does not say you were removed; it tells you a person on our team will confirm it.
- By text: a STOP reply stops our text messages to your number as soon as it arrives. Our automated calling system checks every number for any do-not-disturb setting before it dials, so a STOP reply also stops our automated calls to that number.
- Any other way, such as an email to info@am-automations.com, a letter, or a word to someone on our team: the person who receives your request enters it by hand as soon as they read it, on the same record the automatic step writes: do-not-disturb for calls, texts, and email, and a do-not-call mark.
One request covers calls and texts
A do-not-call request is not limited to the channel you used. A stop given on one of our calls turns off our calls, texts, and email together. A STOP reply to a text stops both our texts and our automated calls.
How quickly we honor it
A request recorded on a call takes effect during that call. A STOP reply takes effect as soon as it arrives. A request entered by hand is entered as soon as it is read. However it reaches us, we honor every do-not-call request within 10 business days of the day it is made, at most.
How long we keep it
We keep a record of each do-not-call request for at least 5 years from the day it is made, and we honor it for that whole time. A request does not expire on its own.
How our AI assistants and our team are trained
Every AI assistant that places calls for us carries a standing instruction that outranks everything else in its script: when a person asks not to be called, it records the request at once with our stop tool, does not ask why or try to change the person’s mind, never says a number was removed unless the tool confirmed it, and then ends the call.
Anyone who places calls or texts for AM Automations, or who runs the systems that do, must read this policy before they start and know how to check whether a number is on our do-not-call list and how to add one.
Who is calling
Our AI assistants give their name and say they are calling from AM Automations. You can always reach AM Automations at (786) 833-6638 or info@am-automations.com. It is a regular Miami phone number; calling it costs no more than any ordinary call.
